About
NEXXTA is a precision injection molding and advanced materials manufacturer with four certified facilities across the Great Lakes region. We serve transportation, professional infrastructure, medical device, and defense programs where quality and reliability are non-negotiable, running 150+ presses from 25 to 3,000 tons, five paint lines, eight metallization lines, and full in-house assembly.
Our U.S.-based operations mean tariff-free manufacturing, rapid production ramp-up, and engineering collaboration that happens on the production floor rather than from a remote office. R&D, tooling, and manufacturing engineering all sit next to the presses, working directly with customers on design, material selection, and process optimization from first run through the life of the program.
Programs stay with us for the long haul because we run disciplined operations, hit our deliveries, and resolve issues before they arise. That's why we retain customers, in many cases for decades, across large programs. Ramp-on or ramp-off, we will be there to manage every step of your manufacturing journey.
The NEXXTA Advantage
-
Every part ships from a domestic facility. No tariff exposure, no customs delays, no ocean freight variability. For companies reshoring production or diversifying supply chains, NEXXTA provides a proven domestic alternative with capacity ready to go.
-
Modular production lines and advanced automation allow us to bring new programs online without pulling resources from existing ones. Whether launching a new part or moving an existing program stateside, we move from tooling to production-ready on an accelerated timeline.
-
Our engineering teams work on-site across all four facilities, with two dedicated R&D centers focused on materials development and process innovation. Engineers collaborate directly with customers on design, tooling specifications, material selection, and process optimization from day one of a program.
-
Structured Kaizen events run alongside day-to-day operations. We track efficiency, scrap, and cycle time at the press level and use that data to drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, and delivery performance over the life of every program.
-
Household names and industrial giants across multiple sectors have trusted NEXXTA with their programs for years, and in many cases for decades. That kind of longevity comes from disciplined operations, consistent delivery, and resolving issues before they reach the customer.
-
We maintain tools in-house for longevity and manufacturing performance. Combined with deep local partnerships with experienced external tool makers, this gives us fast turnaround from concept to production and full control over the quality of every mold throughout the life of the program.
-
Ford Q1. ISO 9001:2015. ISO 14001. IATF 16949. These are the operating standards we audit against continuously across every plant, every line, every shift.
-
3D printing, short-run tooling, and full-scale sample assemblies let you validate designs and test functionality before committing to production tooling. Our teams help move programs from concept to confident faster.
