UAV PLATFORMS AND OPTICS
MuCell
High-strength, lightweight components for unmanned aerial systems and defense accessories: drone platform parts, protective covers, equipment housings, brackets, guards, and optic components. Supercritical nitrogen is injected into the molten polymer at high pressure, creating a microcellular structure that strips weight without giving up rigidity. On an airframe every gram counts, and MuCell is how molded parts make the cut.

FIELD EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES
Injection Molding and Assembly
Molded components and full assembly for tracking, sensing, and rugged field equipment: trail camera housings, sensor enclosures, protective covers, mounts, guards, and accessory components such as holsters. Insert molding and dual-shot molding are run in-house, with materials selected for impact resistance, weather exposure, and finish. More than 150 presses from 25 to 3,000 tons cover small precision parts through larger structural components.
