Insert molding and dual-shot molding are run in-house. With more than 150 presses from 25 to 3,000 tons across four plants, NEXXTA molds everything from small, high-cavitation parts to large structural components.

DATA CENTERS AND ENERGY STORAGE
MuCell
High-strength, lightweight components for data center and battery storage infrastructure. Supercritical nitrogen is injected into the molten polymer at high pressure, creating a microcellular structure that cuts weight and material use without giving up rigidity. MuCell is built that need to stable, and dimensionally true: housings, covers, panels, brackets, and airflow components.
