Precision Parts for Healthcare Environments
Non-invasive medical device housings, mobility components, hospital hardware, and equipment parts for healthcare environments. From wheelchairs and hospital beds to diagnostic equipment and clinical workstations, parts are produced under controlled, repeatable conditions with full lot traceability across our four U.S. plants. DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT & CLINICAL WORKSPACES
Injection Molding & Assembly
Molded components and full assembly for non-invasive medical equipment: diagnostic and imaging system housings, workstation components, covers, panels, handles, carts, and trays. Insert molding and dual-shot molding are run in-house, with materials selected for cleanability, impact resistance, dimensional stability, and finish. More than 150 presses from 25 to 3,000 tons support small precision parts through full-size equipment components.
-
Repeatable quality for equipment that gets used, cleaned, and moved every day.
Materials selected for cleanability, impact resistance, and finish.
Insert and dual-shot molding for embedded hardware and soft-grip surfaces.
Scales from small precision components to large equipment panels.
Molding and assembly under one roof: fewer suppliers, less handling.
-
Diagnostic and imaging equipment, imaging workstations, clinical workspaces, medical carts, and hospital equipment. Typical parts include housings, covers, panels, handles, brackets, trays, and internal supports for non-invasive medical devices.
PATIENT MOBILITY
BMC Composites
High-performance BMC components for patient mobility and support equipment: wheelchairs, hospital beds, walkers, and patient-transfer systems. The thermoset composite, reinforced with formulated fibers and performance additives, delivers parts that stay strong and dimensionally stable through years of load-bearing use and constant cleaning.
-
Structural integrity for load-bearing mobility and support equipment.
Dimensional stability through repeated use and cleaning cycles.
Heat and vibration resistance for powered equipment.
Complex molded geometries with consistent repeatability.
Long service life in demanding healthcare settings.
-
Wheelchairs, hospital beds, crutches, walkers, patient-transfer equipment, and mobility aids. Typical parts include handles, brackets, covers, housings, bed components, and structural supports.
