MANUFACTURING
Transportation
Interior trim, exterior components, structural brackets, and under-hood parts for passenger vehicles, commercial trucks, and heavy equipment. The capabilities below represent a cross-section of what we run across our four plants today. If your application is not listed here, reach out. Chances are we have built something like it.
From Press to Production.
PICKUP HEADLIGHT BRACKET
BMC Composites
A thermoset resin-based composite engineered for high-performance molded components.
Reinforced with precisely formulated fibers, fillers, and performance additives, BMC delivers structural integrity in parts that face heat, vibration, and corrosive operating conditions.
-
Excellent dimensional stability under demanding operating conditions.
Strong resistance to high temperatures and thermal stress.
Enables intricate and complex geometries with consistent accuracy.
Superior corrosion resistance in harsh environments.
Long-term durability and repeatable part quality.
-
Structural mounting brackets, housings, and load-bearing substrates where dimensional stability under heat and vibration is required. Common in lighting assemblies, under-hood components, and parts facing thermal cycling or harsh environments.
ENGINE INTAKE COMPONENT
Large-Scale Component Manufacturing
High-tonnage press capability combined with glass-filled composite expertise for oversized, structurally demanding parts. Large-format components are molded in a single shot and go straight to assembly. No secondary bonding, no multi-piece compromise.
-
12-pound glass-filled components require large-tonnage presses and precise material distribution across the mold.
Single-shot molding eliminates the joint lines and tolerance stack-up that come with multi-piece assemblies.
Glass-filled compounds deliver the rigidity and thermal resistance demanded by engine-adjacent applications.
Parts are production-ready off the press — no secondary welding, bonding, or machining required.
-
Oversized structural and functional components for heavy equipment and industrial powertrains. Common in intake manifolds, engine housings, large structural covers, and air management systems where part size exceeds standard press capacity.
SUV HEADS UP DISPLAY
Soft Touch Paint
Soft-touch coating systems are designed to enhance tactile quality and interior aesthetics. Layered base and clear coats create a premium feel for the surfaces drivers touch most.
-
Applied through multiple layered coating processes.
Combines deep pigmented base coats with protective clear coats.
Ideal for high-touch interior components requiring a refined, premium feel.
-
High-touch interior surfaces where tactile quality matters. Common on dashboard housings, door inserts, console trim, and components the driver or passenger contacts directly.
SUSPENSION COMPONENT
Lightweight & Structural Manufacturing
Two complementary processes, MuCell microcellular foaming and glass-filled nylon molding, engineered for structural components where weight reduction matters without sacrificing strength.
-
MuCell® reduces part weight by displacing resin with nitrogen — less material, same structural performance.
Glass-filled nylon compounds are customizable: glass content scales to match the strength, stiffness, and thermal demands of each application.
Both processes are optimized for non-cosmetic, performance-driven parts where function outweighs surface finish.
Produces dimensionally stable components that hold tolerance through thermal cycling and sustained load.
Proven in suspension, powertrain, and structural housing applications across heavy-duty platforms.
-
Structural and load-bearing components where weight savings improve system efficiency. Common in suspension assemblies, air management housings, powertrain mounts, and structural brackets for heavy-duty transport and industrial equipment.
SUV WINDOW SWITCH BEZEL
Piano Black Paint
Piano black finishing delivers an ultra-high-gloss aesthetic, built through repeated layering and polishing to a deep, mirror-like surface.
-
Built through multiple base and clear coat applications.
Achieves a deep, mirror-like finish through repeated layering and polishing.
Utilizes high-gloss lacquer systems for exceptional surface clarity.
Designed for visible, high-end interior components.
-
Visible interior trim where a premium, glossy finish is the design intent. Common on door cards, center console accents, switch bezels, and steering wheel trim.
PICKUP HEADLIGHT REFLECTOR
PVD and Vacuum Metallization
A vacuum-based coating process that vaporizes solid metals to create a thin, durable, decorative film. PVD delivers a chrome-like surface that meets modern emissions and recyclability standards without the environmental cost of traditional chrome plating.
-
Premium chrome-like finish with high corrosion and weather resistance.
Clean, non-toxic alternative to traditional chrome plating.
More environmentally responsible and compliant surface treatment.
-
Reflective and decorative surfaces that need a chrome-like finish without the environmental cost of traditional plating. Common in lighting reflectors, exterior trim, badges, and visible interior accents.
PICKUP BED RAIL CAPS
Oversized Parts
Specialized press and molding capabilities support oversized parts. Large-tonnage presses produce complex, large-format components that go straight to assembly without secondary work.
-
Seven-foot rail caps require large-tonnage presses to mold in a single shot.
Complex geometry along the rail edge has to hold tolerance over the full length.
Surface durability matters: these caps see weather, cargo, and tie-downs every day.
-
Oversized molded components that need a single press shot. Common in truck bed caps, exterior body panels, large structural housings, and parts where a multi-piece assembly would compromise fit or finish.
