    • MuCell® reduces part weight by displacing resin with nitrogen — less material, same structural performance.

    • Glass-filled nylon compounds are customizable: glass content scales to match the strength, stiffness, and thermal demands of each application.

A vacuum-based coating process that vaporizes solid metals to create a thin, durable, decorative film. PVD delivers a chrome-like surface that meets modern emissions and recyclability standards without the environmental cost of traditional chrome plating.

Specialized press and molding capabilities support oversized parts. Large-tonnage presses produce complex, large-format components that go straight to assembly without secondary work.

    • Seven-foot rail caps require large-tonnage presses to mold in a single shot.

    • Complex geometry along the rail edge has to hold tolerance over the full length.

    • Surface durability matters: these caps see weather, cargo, and tie-downs every day.

  • Oversized molded components that need a single press shot. Common in truck bed caps, exterior body panels, large structural housings, and parts where a multi-piece assembly would compromise fit or finish.
